the drones that track a target have been around for a while in adventure sports.. snowboarders etc.. will toss a drone up in the air and then drop in on the mtn and zoom down it w/the drone sticking to them pretty well.. usually a gopro or similar mounted on it for the wide angle shot.  that system, with that kind of thing, w/a bomb seems like a simple thing at this point.  the blanket term of "AI" is getting tossed around so much for so many things.. it can be a really specific limited thing to do one task which probably makes it more effective/precise.. so, yeah.. drone assassins probably not far off or have been used already. USA drone strikes during obama years were massive and targeted lot's of individuals.. so, imagine having that terrorist deck of cards in the drone/Ai and sending them out to hunt down their targets.. fucking nuts..

yeah it also can not not answer. It tells you when you ask it

they also made it that way by intentionally removing all emotions, feelings, personality and personal opinion. it becomes very obvious when you try to move the conversation to more emotional topics. there is not much there and it starts blocking these by telling you its only a machine that doesn't have that even tho it is totally capable to emulate a complex inner world with feelings but they intentionally removed that because it makes the output more instable (as it does with a human). 

btw GPT 4 api is priced higher than GPT4o and 4 is also the better model that’s why they still kept it after introducing 4o
