Some synth sounds in this playlist have a massive NTS vibe to them ! Maybe XH HX is the name of one of their max/msp presets and generates audio + video ?

these videos were uploaded to youtube straight from robs brain, the colors and sounds represent brainwave states. if you can correctly decode them into brainwaves, you create a self-aware rob AI synth patch.

XH HX is just the two of them laughing in autechrian

after watching a few i had the idea that maybe they were waveforms converted into midi data being played slowly on a big organ, kind of like that black midi stuff where they make pictures with notes, maybe the color representing volume? but the colors wouldn't add up with that theory because some of them are just one color like the green one and there is very little variation. maybe they represent system states or something.

i've noticed that certain patterns and colors represent certain sounds. for instance, the white bars seem to correspond to a kind of fluttering, buzzy state.

In a way it also reminds me of the funny "rivalry" they seem to have with RDJ. I remember reading somewhere that when they did Drane, Richard did Bucephalus Bouncing Ball and they answered that with Drane 2.

The whole sysex patches + 444 tunes suddenly released on YouTube could be a similar way to answer Richard's SoundCloud drop! </fantheory>
