Nah, I reckon they'll fill it out with the full Radiccio and Diversions sets. Although it depends on how deep they'll go for the later ones. I can't imagine the Blue Album getting a 4CD 12" boxset for some reason. Or maybe they'll just give up like Underworld seem to have done.

That could happen. Although I don't think they'll do anything with the Blue Album because that wasn't on London Records.

It was effectively self-released, so they could license it to London. A long way off, though, I imagine they'll also gauge the response to each set as it goes out. When the Chems did that huge boxset version of Surrender and nobody bought it they followed it up with a very middling 2CD set for Dig Your Own Hole.

Oh right. I think they'll have fairly good interest up until MON personally. Maybe even The Altogether, especially if it gets a vinyl release (it never got one before, just a DVD one).

7" and 12" versions of Omen - the original is a notable omission here - as well as the Wheel of Fortune and Chariot versions.

This probably because they're bringing out Limited Edition Drops of all thier pre-album 12 " singles with new artwork. More money! 😩

I thought that, but then the Chime, III and Midnight/Choice 12"s are all represented in full. Just a really strange decision to me.

I know!

I'm going to see them in may, i can't wait, it's hard for me to gauge orbital these days I used to love them, I reckon insides was their last really good record bar a few tracks

There was a couple of good tracks on Wonky, but yeah everything they've put out more recently has been pretty shocking. That video...phew.

Me too!

For me, their last really good album was The Middle of Nowhere

Nah, not on board with this. The Altogether has really grown on me as a flawed experiment at doing an electro-influenced pop record, Wonky has some really great tracks, and there's a lot of great stuff on Monsters Exist. Optical Delusion was a bit of a step down, although the best tracks I still think are excellent.

Honestly this is like some Brian Pern-style parody, didn't expect it to be so bad lol

Your comment made me watch it, its shockingly bad, have they no shame now?! I hate to hate on things generally, horses for courses and all that, but this is just lame as fuck garbage. They should rename themselves if they are putting stuff like this out, call them selves Techno Dads Who Don't Give a Shit Anymore, or something along those lines.

There's some excellent tracks on every album (just good on Optical Delusion though) but the last great album is The Middle of Nowhere. Their ultimate eras will always be Snivilisation/In Sides. Unfortunately that is long, long gone.

Yeah, that's fair, just not getting people saying everything they've put out since then is awful.

That fucking Belfast thing is absolutely hilarious, though. I couldn't stop laughing watching it. Fuck knows what was going through their minds when they decided it would be a good idea.

I'm trying to work out when their first awful novelty track was. Might have been that version of Satan with Kirk Hammett. It seemed like they could do strange tracks and humorous bits at one point, and then they lost the ability and started churning out really cringey stuff maybe one track in ten.

Yeah. Then there was Acid Pants! 😩

For me some stuff in the green album era tipped over from humorous to cringe, in particular Macro Head, but at least that's a pretty obscure track.
