Aphex Twin dreams with Aphex Twin

I wonder if aphex is a dog person or a cat person. Maybe he doesn't like animals.

seriously, i've never had a dream where sir richard made an appearance... but i did have a GX-1 show up!! i'd never have heard of it if not for afx. i should note that it was nothing like a real GX-1, and i did a mad jam on it. then i broke off a knob and i was freaked because, in the context of the dream, the GX-1 was not mine, it was like the storeroom for some sort of auction place and i knew my boss was gonna bitch me out for it if he found out. i casually sauntered off in hopes that it wouldn't be noticed

Ive exchanged emails with richard after finding him on Anaolg Heaven (yes, Im the person that discovered him there). He basically told me life is too short to care about such trivial things and to enjoy my family and friends instead of wasting time obsessing over him. After a couple more emails he eventually told me to get a life. He has a point.

Im not obsessed though. Its more of a hobby

it'd be nice to be penpals or something, but my presence on this forum is really about writing silly things. this forum has just about had its own little set of lore and tales spring up, you know? we've painted this character of him, who knows if it has anything to do with reality... but it's fun.

I had a dream last night that I found out Aphex doesn't make his music and in fact its a middle aged Asian woman and he is just the front man.

I had an actually really extensive and intense dream with Aphex in it 2 nights ago. I was just hanging out with my friend(at his house) and I saw this ginger guy doing some kind of experiment with nature and electronics in the back yard. Further conversation with my buddy and I learned it was fucking aphex twin, I was like "what the fuck you are roomates with RDJ"? I got really fucking excited and was like, wait, what the fuck, really? I later talked to Richard while watching a movie in the house. I was talking to him and he had really short wiriey red hair, don't know why, and it looked like he had been doing meth. Kind of like the cover of the RDJ album, but with its own new twist and with an older Richard. I just remember calculating all of the implications that richard lives in my town and is one of my friend's roommates. But I didn't like the conversations he had with me, I remember he just put me in a position where I felt bad about asking anything, just some kind of "fuck off I am a genius!" sort of vibe. But I did feel like I got to know him as a person better. His mind seemed to be exploding with exciting new ideas every time I looked at his face, so I never looked at his face while talking to him. whenever I told him anything like "I am actually a really huge fan of yours", he would twitch and say something like "okay, yeah, thats cool." I still felt excited though because I could come visit whenever I wanted because it was my friend's house, I felt just maybe, someday, he would be my friend and open up to me. Well, boys will be boys I guess.

The thing is, they weren't on a laptop. They were actual physical synthesizers, hidden in a bush. On the other hand, the metaphor is logical.

Also, I had something much more in passing last night. Part of the dream was looking through a wallet for coupons to buy food, and one of the coupons was a "The Tuss" coupon, which could be redeemed in Islington for a long dress.

I just had an Aphex dream. I had it the night before watmm went down, so I don't remember much of it by now. He was writing on something like a blackboard, except it was more like paper. He wrote at the top Rave something, like Rave Calculations or something I don't remember. Me and my friend, who were watching, found whatever it was to be rather amusing. Then he started writing this huge mathematical formula. It had ln's and delta's in it, and some other symbols. I remember his handwriting being absurdly neat.

I had a dream a while ago where I was running around in this wierd castle, I can remember this dream really well because there was a really fucked up version of 'On' playing, it was fucking cool.

I had a dream that I was with AFX on his boat. It was white and more like a ritzy yacht than a boat.

It had thin, grey carpeting on the deck. He had stapled staples all over the carpeting to give him more traction on it, especially in the back, where there were carpeted rungs he would use to climb out of the water with, after he went for a swim.

He also showed me a really shitty tattoo he had on his ankle of him in a spooning embrace with 3 or 4 dogs. Afterward, he told me he usually enjoys to wear socks made out of the same material as panty hose.

Fucking trippy, right?

What's weird is that I haven't really listened to AFX in months.

It was a little like this one.

I was in some kinda sandy desert and there were all these pixelated cacti everywhere, kinda Minecraft graphics-like though the sand was perfect resolution, and the only sound anywhere was Mould from SAWII. And then I woke up.

Man, I wanna have an afx dream! Hopefully i'll have one after having read all of these.. I have had 5 Bjork dreams though, those were pretty awesome!
