Luke Vibert Live + Broadcasts + Interviews

Luke played Buffalo, NY in May, it was truly a surreal and wonderful thing to see him there and I would have liked to hang around and ask him a billion questions. But he was extremely kind enough to chat for a few minutes after and sign my copies of Tally Ho and Big Soup, and I suddenly blanked on every question I had lol  🙂

haha so thats why it reminded me of early Aphex….that’s one of the Aphex releases i never got into, unfamiliar with that one and a lot of the random stuff from his earlier years

wait so Vibert was just doing a DJ set basically?

Yes DJ set, he toured the US in May, in Buffalo he played a tiny event called Halfway to Halloween, maybe a dozen or so people in the room at any given time during his set, amazing 🫠

lol, I live an hour away and don't go out enough to know, but I suspect not many folks there knew who he was :shrug: a band called 5am Trio was playing in another room and had a much larger crowd
