ace, i'll be there on wednesday night.

might make the friday night show at blue velvet, I've an engagement with some friends which should wind up at 7:30-8, and then 'a few drinks' after that but I'll already be in/around the city, so I'll see come by?

any idea what timish you'll be come on for both/either of the nights?

i'm on at 9 on wednesday, not sure about friday night though!

I went so far as to do some research on it last night, and it turns out it's actually a really difficult and involved process to migrate to Australia from the UK. Oh well.

if its anything like new zealand then you either need relatives, or a qualified and professional position doing something the goverment genuinely needs people over there doing.

it's not hard for UK to get via though .. why migrate if you don't even know the place .... then once you've visited for a bit (on werk visa) you can maybe find job that needs you and sponsors you over ... because of the global slowdown (recession) ... they have reduced immigration quotas atm .. so yeah .. but whatever .. disparate part post .. forward slash ova/

I assume it means its free, but theres a limited amount of space in the area to accommodate people

Yeah if you decide to go you have to get the tickets 'pretty soon' because I called them up and said they won't hold tickets but there are still 'some left'
