Lol, the festival site edited the description:

"Intertwined with a soundtrack by Aphex Twin"

That's a lol indeed, shame I guess. But I don't see him composing music to fit with something like a film or whatever very soon, it always seems to me he's not really into that.

And I'm still going to hope that the soundtrack is something new - maybe "original soundtrack" wasn't the best choice of words, maybe something like previously unreleased material since we all know he has warehouses full of the stuff

but yeah I'll wait until a trailer comes out or something, I'd still like to hear what the selection of tracks is even if it's old stuff

well. if it's unreleased music, than i'm happy.

err, i mentioned earlier that it was my brother that sent and recieved the email. didn't wanna just steal his thunder incase he wanted to post about it himself, which he didnt. no biggy.
