This will get a worse score then the album, because pitchfork thinks the RDJ album beats are "insane." (not really a compliment)

I don't think it has DRM. I just downloaded it (and reviewed it). The only catch is that you have to use a special downloader, exceptions. I was using linux, so I used the provided DEB package to install it. The bitrate is 256 or 224 or something.
