My way of saying "hello"

Hello everybody...

Having become more and more obsessed in the music of Squarepusher, Aphex Twin and Venetian Snares in the past year, I registered here to meet people with a similar musical taste.

Since I also create my own electronic music, I thought it would be a great idea to post my latest song as my first thread - I'd be interested your comments!

PS: Please excuse my bad English ;)

Kazuo, there are some nice touches with this track, but it relies too heavily on beat fuckery (and the main snare sounds really dated...) more musical elements would be really welcome, and maybe something that ties it together as at the moment it's a bit stop/starty.

keep at it mate!

its pretty good, although im not a fan of those beats i liked the melodies and the dynamics of this track, and i also liked those start/stop moments unlike wasps.

it also sounds very well and clean.

The "start-stoppy"-sound, as you call it, is more or less a wanted thing. I wanted to have a sterile, sharp sound with precise drum hits and abrupt breaks. But it's true that the melodic elements are not present enough, maybe I'll work on this track again and add some synth sounds in the background.. Anyway, thanks for your replies!
