I agree with this too. It's all very bizarre; I guess we should stop it all because it's only generating the hype he and his mouse head are looking for. Kind of like Jimmy Edgar or Jamie Lidell threads

here's the thing about gimmicks - they actually work. would he be as popular without the giant mouse head? probably not...it's the same thing as buckethead or kiss or whatever. it's really dumb yeah, but it makes people remember, seems cool, exciting, etc. deadmau5 wouldn't be as popular without the gimmick

i'm gonna see him in november, cause good electronic acts rarely come to central florida, so i'm taking this opportunity.

hes probably the most boring thing ive ever been to see. club with 1500-2000 people watching him and he still managed to pull of a dull as fuck night. he literally seemed to press play on his tunes on winamp. made me sick. i missed loco dice + sneak and carter aswell cos i had no mobile and i would have never found my dumbass, deadmau5 liking bitches of friends.
