habs fans are delusional if they think they can beat beantown.

fucking yes chicago! character wins both of them, pretty good for a team considered to fall due to the lack of "playoff experience" against the more experienced calgary team, more like experienced in getting kicked out in the first round. yet the two next game in the saddledome is going to be difficult, especially if the hawks come out flat like they have the last couple of games.

i am disappointed in columbus, i thought they would have put up a better fight against the wangs, who showed that they are superior. ovechkin and the caps have been lame too.

The chicago games have been great, can't wait for the flames to fuck up the first round like they always do. philidelphia beat the fuck out of pitsburgh (even a SH goal) 6-3 today, sorry chris.

nucks won again in another heart attack game, 3-2 and now they're up 3-0 in the series. another game in st louis on tuesday, we're in position to sweep. but i think st louis may rally at home only to be stopped once back in van. home ice ftw. luongo, no matter how much you hate him, has been a fucking star.

and anaheim vs st louis underay, the ducks being up 1-0 in the series. big wtf. last i checked it was 1-0 for the ducks, with 5 or so minutes left in the 1st. go ducks.

Detroit is up 2-0, beating columbus 4-0 last game. this sucks, we're gonna have to play em and they are playing well. should be a good matchup if it comes into fruition.

not so big on east, know the outline of it but don't care so much yet. boston will make short work of montreal though, i know that. and i agree the caps should step it up, ovechkin, despite his douchery, is an amazing player and needs to either pick his team up or get on a team that will help him out.

whatever, go canucks!

Canucks fan here, sad to not be in Vancouver for their best showing in a while... I really think we have a chance this year, so I'm excited!! Not to say that I don't love to cheer for them each year, but in the past few years I haven't watched hockey too much so it's nice to go back to that when they're winning.

The series looks good so far. =)

last year made me cringe. also i only had cable for like half the season.

and the season before i think they were out in the first round. right now i have confidence in the fact that they can go somwhere. theyre not just in the playoffs, they're playing playoff hockey

got to give props to the blues for even making the playoffs this season, considering all the injuries. didn't see any nucks game so can't say how well they played. i am thinking it was luongo who was the deciding factor and maybe that the blues had their tank empty after their season ending tear.

again the BJ's couldn't handle the wangs...i expected that with the frustratingly boring trapping style they play they could at least make it difficult for the wangs to score. meh. commodore made an ass out of himself with that check that made him end up in the detroit bench and then immediatley going after franzen behind the goal and letting zetterberg get into the slot and get a goal.

SJ finally got a win, but what a weak penalty it was on perry that decided the game. all ducks goals came from horrible fumbles by the sharks. still not sold on them advancing.

and the devils fans must be crying after carolina tied the series with a buzzerbeater.lol

tonight the hawks better beat the shit out of those cheap dirty fLAMES. i want toews and havlat to skate circles around iginla and shut up that horrible pierre maguire, who has a raging boner for everything the flames do.

Marc-Andre Fleury put forth a brilliant and memorable performance between the pipes for Pittsburgh, stopping 45 shots and willing the Penguins to a 3-1 victory

the chicago fans have started calling him patrick "candy" kane because of his disappearance in game three versus the flames.

did you know that if the hawks can close out calgary and the ducks take out san jose that we're gonna get to take out the canucks?!@

oh that should be brilliant i mean i've got a friend who moved out to vancouver, even tho his dad is literally bosbruins16 on ebay, and knowing that with every hawks win essines is getting more and more errrga, that makes it more worthwhile.

i dont know shit about the hawks tho... that bulls loss on monday night kicked my fucking ass tho, it tore my heart out argh

hawks don't stand a chance against us. the last time khabibulin beat us was like a decade a go. i wanted chicago first round but what ever.

well if cal-gary succombs to the pressure of the mighty hawk and san jose fucking blows it, welp, you might get your wish. then we in chicago can get pissed and start calling him hib-ib-you-lin again and then thank the heavens we've got christopher fuckign huet

My Habs are getting gang fucked, by the fucking Bruins. I'm from MA by the way.

I'm pulling for the Canucks if/when Les Habitants bite the dust.

The fair haired one will weep tears of joy and dip his balls in Lord Stanley's cup, should the Canucks win.

just drove by the rbc center about 2 hours or so ago and i must say it was a friggin madhouse.

go canes :) Hope they can score early in the game and hold the lead.

lol, okay enough of re-living last night. Now for tonight's action to begin. Hope it's not as tense as last one. I'm thinking tonight is in nj? Tail gating is taking place all over the place.

the sharks chokejobs in the post-season are getting silly. watching the hilights from the game and i could only laugh at the fantastic floating by jumbo joe (-3 tonight) crowned by the excellent pass to the ducks player who made it 3-0. boston did good thing trading away this useless bum. captain marleau hasn't been any good either. the dynamic offensive powerhouse has been shutout by a youngster in his first playoff series twice now. kudos to the ducks though. the series still not over, but i find it hard to believe that the underachievers will come back from a 3-1 deficit.

i am stoked for the chicago game on saturday. the series has been awesome so far. got to give credit to the kids for tying it up after being down 4-1. khabby has been shaky the past two games, so hope he can get his shit together for game 5. i wouldn't be dogging on kane too much, he still is a threat and makes the flames pay extra attention to him giving more ice for his linemates. havlat and toews had an off game, but it was nice to see some secondary scoring from the rest of the guys.

if the hawks can sustain home advantage they should take this series, eitherway this is all invaluable experience for the youngest team in the playoffs with many players having their firs post-season appearance. peculiar thing is that whoever scored the first goal ended up losing the game.
