were you a hard bargainer about the price of the house? The wife and I are pretty serious about a house except we want to pay about $15K less than what the sellers want for it. Do you WATMMers think I should stubbornly continue my lowball offer or just pay the fee and get the house? My gut says I should stick to my guns and they will eventually get tired of it and give in, but maybe I am wrong.
