I had an oven pizza last night, with Italian sausage/bacon/pepperoni.  It destroyed the delivery pizza I had earlier this week, despite being just on the cusp of getting burned (I've got this oven from the 50's that contains the fires of hell even when set to 250 degrees).

I had a McCain's stuff crust pizza tonight. Put it in the oven and forgot about it for 10 minutes too late. It came out super crispy but not burnt and totally edible... Victory. Makes me wonder what it's made of considering the thing didn't burn. Would buy again.

The Mrs. has been feeding a sourdough starter for the past week so we have a lot of dough as a byproduct.

We decided to make two pizzas in the grill since our oven is out of commission waiting for a new igniter.

Garlic, olive oil, sauteed shiitake mushrooms, brie, and mozzarella, paired with a Lindemamn's Oude Geuze and an arugula salad.

Also made a mozzarella with calabrese salami and jalapenos.
