I didn't mean to implicate you.  I meant bibo.

What I meant to say was I don't think bibio likes TCH because he's a homo BoC fanboy, and that he probably likes the folk tones that come through from time to time throughout the album.  He admitted he didn't like it at first anyway.

Agreed, completely awesome

And, just to head off any naysayers, what I mean by "proper track" is in length, not in quality or that it's superior to the original, although I think at this point they both stand as similar, but separate works, each having their own unique qualities that make them so good.

The Mira track's growing on me more now.

Is it just me, or is Bibio's version of that melody missing a note in the bass climb at the beginning of the fourth measure? He probably did it on purpose, but it does sound different to me.

I wasn't that thrilled about hearing these tracks initially, I guess I felt like they could never be as good as BoC. I am very pleased now that I've given them a chance though.

I really like the cover versions currently

Binged on that Mira Calix cover a good few times recently. Incredibly haunting, but still has the same soothing vibe as the original. Top notch
