Yeah Can is one of those older bands that somehow didn't get the attention it desered and is highly underrated.

And yes....pretty much anything Matmos is extremely weird, not always psychedelic but weird enough to be so :) Civil war especially since it sounds almost like it was made during that era, but is in fact samples and crafty DAW manipulation.

Yeah i've thought maybe combining this forum with EKT (not ylc and gear box) and just having markers for what topic is for what would be a great idea for more traffic!

Acid Mothers live is one of the most incredible shows I have ever been to, and am ashamed to say I have missed them several times since die to money disorders....

yes, this is quite good. much more mature sounding than their earlier stuff, not saying it was bad, quite like it too.

the third track with the hang drum melody stands out. very nice.
