i don't like how they're trying to make us forget that seasons 1-5 ever happened and that all along everything has been the result of smokey and jacob's little bickering. they're taking the focus off the island and its mystique and putting it on two characters i care nothing about.

i am displeased.

Actually most of Dogen's dialogue is cringe-worthy.

it really is. i just dont like how they have to say the season number and full title name in every other sentence. but it definitely helps. i thought it was weird in last weeks ep when jack was asking about his appendix to his mom. then it explained that his appendix was removed on the island too. i totally forgot about that until i saw it on the recap.

Seriously, what are they thinking when they write such lines, season 6 is all been like that.

dudes, don't act surprised. dialogue has been shitty since season 2.

What proves Dogen's son was saved due to Jacob's bargain if Dogen hasn't seen him afterwards? You just can't move to a mysterious island in the middle of the ocean if you let a stranger save your child's life without any evidence.

it reminded me of juliette's sister, who actually was alive as we saw in that one station with all the tvs.

Ok something i don't get with the time lines is, if Dogens son was in a car wreck and Jacob saved him and made Dogen goto the island.

In the "Plane never crashed" time line, their would be no Jacob to save the kid.... yet he is still alive at the piano recital that Jack went to last week.

Things changed *before* the plane crash-that-never-happened. There's differences in the new reality with each new show. His son could have survived.
