mind that plaid comparison? well they always able to convey emotion in melodies etc maybe Ae new lp has loads of strings ala plaid and not droneage as first thought?..

so far all this dj set has done for me is make me realize how much house music sucks balls.

no, i meant gay in the happy emotional gay way. i like autechre when they do the cheese. Plaid often is on the border cheese too.

they may slip it in there like a wet moonfish between a set and at the end mention 'and that was the mew one from Ae titled 'you look so brave' !

I've heard Plaid do cheesy fun time music, but I don't remember hearing any from Autechre. If Oversteps sounds like a Plaid album, I'm gonna have to start shooting heroin.
