I think this would be a lot better without the metal track, it kills the flow. Some may like the track and find it funny, I just think it kills the vibe. What follows is nice though.

Straight after Radio Babylon it's New Age Steppers-Radial Drill followed by two tracks from Stephen Mallinder, Cool Down then Length of Time, both from the album Pow Wow Plus.

The section with Q-tip and Free Murder, then the J Dilla instrumental around 20 minutes in is fucking hypnotic.
