same here. i´m totally confused.

DL of the 24bit wavs is at 2% now but the mp3 files are downloaded and i can say that they are much MUCH better in quality than m4a leak...Not so harsh and less compressed ! Yeah!!!

they're supposed to be 48kHz too...

yeah probably. i don't know if i can tell a difference between the 320mp3 and the 24bit wav but probably not, at least not with the DAC in my MacBook Pro. Need more hi-fi equipment for this album

About the digital booklet, I guess it must be the fact that each of the tracks has a different artwork ( different spot of awesome caligraph like black paint )

Apple Lossless supports 24bit and my 5.5 Video ipod supports it. transcode via iTunes.

yes. Get Info says they are 24 bit. Size says too (717mb) Don't forget to embed individual artwork :p

Hmh, I take my words back. Just tried to play on ipod It starting to glitching after minute or so. May be because of hard drive's buffering. Dunno how it will go on touch/iphone.

I thought that too hence my earlier panic. I just had to log in again (it seems to sign you out after a few minutes) and the files were there.

5 minutes remaining !! (although, I'm going to bed soon so I wont be able to listen till tomorrow)

EDIT: I couldn't resist listening to just the first two tracks. Man I'm looking forward to the rest of this. FM metallic loveliness and ambient washes, mmmmm tastes good ! I love the second in particular - it's like a broken version of a track that would appear on the original Terminator film.

I know someone was asking about the digital booklet... well, it's nothing to get excited about, or even care about really. It's 5 pages that seems like it would form a tall foldout poster. The first 4 pages are all white background, filled in enso at the top, then it has "autechre (oversteps-" and the tracklist descending down the pages. The fifth pages, strangely, is a bright yellow color. hmmmm...

edit: just attached the pages it in PS so you can see what I mean...

That sound I'm listening to now, is not Known (1) but instead the sound of me fucking myself with something sharp and metallic in an non-pleasurable way.

Home, downloaded, listening now!

320kbps MP3 download took about 1 minute, 16-bit WAV took about 2 or 3.
