this is easily the most interesting and exciting music I've heard from, I dunno, I guess you'd call it the developing world. blows away just about all of the supposedly "world" music and global pop that's touted on BBC and NPR

apparently she grew up on african pop music, and you can definitely hear that influence in her music and see it in her visuals.

And you could see that it is much drumm things going on there.. Maybe Aphex gets inspiration from Africans, who knows
