Yall still haven't met ladies at the laundry?

My laundry is a tiny room just outside my apartment's door with one washing machine, for which you have to provide your own power via extension lead. I don't think anyone else uses it!

I'm not lugging my dirty clothes 10mins down the road just so I can possibly meet some girl who just happens to be doing her laundry at the same time..

ive never gone to a laundromat.

I go to a laundromat all the time and have yet to see anyone even moderately attractive there.

i put up a profile on okcupid, politely messaged a few local gals, then stopped checking it for about two months. then, about a week ago i get an enthusiastic message from this beautiful nerdy chick from the town where i work who plays Skyrim and all these other games that i haven't even heard of. super into gaming, music tastes are decent etc, she just seems like someone i'd get along with anyway if i met her in town or something. so we're kinda just chattin' now. we haven't properly met yet, and i don't know if we're going to, but i'm kinda fine with whatever.

i've been going through girls like cookies the past few years, so i'm happy with not actively pursuing at the moment, and letting whatever happens happen. it took me a long time to get to this point. i used to chase girls all the time, and i was alright at it, too. but it got me kind of crazy in the head. at one point i was seeing 5 girls at one time, and it drove me to face a dark part of me that i wanted to work on.

at the moment, i sorta have my eye on a girl from work, and am texting/chatting with the one from okcupid. i'm not gonna pursue either of them unless i'm positive a healthy relationship is possible.

Hello again, WATMM Blog™

There's been a few awkward moments in my life involving the usage of my dad's computer. The first of which involves me walking into his office when I was 7 and he was watching porn. Oh boy, did he sure freak out when he knew I knew what I was seeing!

Also, in recent years, he asked me to help him fix something, when for some god damn reason he left a porn movie called "girl gets fucked by pool.avi" on his desktop and freaked out when he realized it five minutes later and told me to give the computer back. I didn't give a shit, I was 16 and was fixing his internet settings so he could connect to our router because he managed to almost FUBAR that shit.

Over the last couple months, whenever I glanced at his screen, I'd notice about 8 OkCupid tabs opened. It's awkward just because he never talks about that shit. He also had some random woman over that I didn't meet, I hauled up in my room and slept because I don't get up until about 3 pm.

It's probably worth mentioning that I first met my ex-girlfriend on Facebook than AIM, however it was thanks to a friend from middle and high school that I ever met her to begin with. We were never "in a relationship" based upon online communication though. But then for Christmas she told me that she didn't love me anymore and broke up with me, deleting my from all of her contacts on everything and being entirely unwilling to communicate with me or tell me what the fuck happened in her pretty little head that caused her to flip tables and ruin the holiday season.

Pretty cool, I know.

I don't know, I've always been a what you see is what you get to be honest. When I met the girl I'm now dating I never once though we'd end up in a relationship, she was married. So there was no pressure at all to make any good first impressions.
