today i seem to keep getting booted off the server

new update soon. there's gonna be beds which apparently may act as respawn points eventually. Also redstone blocks which I don't care about cos i'm too stupid to work circuitry

the new launcher is available, the most important new feature for me being it you can pass it a login/pass/server IP as command-line arguments.

no more awkward text files full of IPs, just write a batch file for each server you use.

ok, its gettin ridiculous, i want to play on watmm's server, but for no apparent reason everybody is ignoring my requests. must i past a test of some kind?

type the damn ip address in a PM

i thought the server was inactive because every time i'm on there's nobody there, but now that i died the spawn is all different! i barely recognized it. and i can also see that my faraway island is slowly getting populated.

the reason im never there anymore is because i can't frigging connect to it, it times out every time. I have the new port and everything right afaik because i've gotten it to connect a couple of times(with horrible lag) but most of the time it's really bad. Don't know why because used to work perfectly for me.

hehe, that's me, I've been working on that island for some time now

did you build a lil house up on a hill? do you like what i've been doing to the hill? lol

shiiiit converting old maps takes a while...

and it appears the BetterLight mod is now official.

yay beds. although I still wish there was a way to change the spawn point. (I might start playing again soon, haven't seen anything new since the update with the new monster spawn)

it breaks hd texture packs though :(

texture packs that are higher in resolution than the default texture -

the update reverted my texture pack to default, and the hd texture patcher utility won't work with the new version

cant login with the new launcher for some reason, but i can with the old one.

can someone PM me the old launcher? for some reason both links on minecraft.net are giving me the new one, and the new launcher won't connect to minecraft.net for me :(
