As much as he is a scouse pikey, he really is one of the best footballers at the moment.

His vision, movement on and off the ball, passing game, touch, work rate and his talent for scoring goals even though he does go through dry periods.

Yes he's an ugly, thick pucker but that only helps the team he's playing on.

Also there was a documentary on TV saying how his body type is PEERRRRRFEECCCT for football.

I agree about his body type, his upper body strength is insane, means he's far better in the air than someone like Crouch. Coupled with strong legs and a low centre of gravity it means he has great balance when on the ball. Messi has bulked up a little too which no means he can out-muscle (to an extent) defenders who try to close mark him.

What Rooney did was really stupid and embarrassing.. He's definitely a chav, no doubt.

But the fact that everybody in Britain seems to be so upset about what he did, really boggles me.. I didn't think you were so sensitive to a little bit of swearing.

I used to love when my Da took me to football as a kid. Listening to men who didnt swear in their normal life, fucking and cunting every other word. It was exciting as an 8 year old. Now no swearing and no standing or some twat will inform you how offended they are. Football matches used to have an edge that anyone under the age of 25 will never understand. I remember going to a lot of Celtic Rangers matches in the 80's and the hail of darts and fireworks were only seen as an inconvenience. Im not saying I want that back, but a bit back and the ablity to call Robbie Savage a cunt again would be nice.
