Um. No I don't think that is what this means - the song is just the song Vase from here so don't think this is from any "soundboard" recording of his sets.

However, that doesn't mean that there doesn't exist soundboard recordings of AFX sets. It just means that Richard has them on a removable hard drive somewhere, tossed in the corner of his synth vault along with the 17 terabytes of unreleased Aphex materials we won't hear until he dies and rapid aphex fans swarm his house to dig them out, though by that time, we'll all be, like 75, and the "swarm" will be more like a "slowly doddering centipede" and we'll find out that he transferred all his music onto betamax casettes because of the superior sound quality and we'll all cry cry cry all the way home.

Saw dgohn at bangface last month, he was brilliant and he played this track in his set.

just realised my life goal... break into Aphex Twins house.

weirdcore need a live audio feed to interact with, they sometimes record bits of it and post it in there videos, good for promotion. simple
