all these army clothes are getting quite trendy now as well, warehouses that stock them are emptying out and the prices are going up. who ever had one it dosent fit them, sell it on ebay, you could probably get something between £50-80 for it (maybe higher, as thats the price i've seen in markets)

my brother (who lives in switerland) had this amazing jacket, cost him around £300, its so warm that when ever he's in a london during winter all he wears under it is a t-shirt and he's still warm as hell.

Duffel coats are a really good choice and always will be I think.Ive updated mine this year and got a mustard colour short one and I LOVE IT...goes with loads and is warm which is the main thing.

Old Navy used to do some beautiful mens duffels,I dont know if they still do though.

The down part of a jacket is the warm part of it. All the air trapped in the puffyness keeps you warm. The shell of the coat is only needed for bad weather. <3 my patagonia down jacket. Keeps me toasty even when it's under 10f. Doesn't weigh a thing either and can be stuffed inside it's own pocket when not in use.
