Don't think I've listened to album from last November yet but Patrick Shiroishi is really awesome. Check him out if you aren't familiar. He's a great composer, improvisor, and player. Definitely one of my favourite contemporary sax players and incredibly prolific both under his own name as well as in various bands and combinations of musicians
