Saw Ghost of 3.13 over the weekend at Hodgepodge Festival, and his set was completely awesome.

Latest album can be downloaded here

He also has an album on Mozyk here (I got chatting to the owner of the label who has posted here in the past I believe, nice chap)

There were definitely some autechre-esque moments of awesomeness, sounds morphing from breakcore into glitchy drones and synthy IDM stuff, at one point I was dancing to a beat that had disappeared completely into the background wash of drone... it was very cleverly done and some of the most beautiful sounds i've heard in a long time.

Tons of stuff on his soundcloud page too - https://soundcloud.com/the-ghost-of-3-13

Cro Magnox and Photodementia come to mind. And of course exai.

I loved TH because it was a seriously solid boc album that really felt great and was overall really good, but it didn't drop my jaw. A lot of these tracks would fit perfectly on geogaddi or TCH, not to say it's a bad album at all, but it didn't drop my jaw, although it had it's fair share of wow moments.

also should be mentioned in the female producers thread if not already.

I'm in love

nice idea having the trees on either side. adds something I can't put my finger on

also: excuse my ignorance...witch house finally matured into something respectable, didn't it?

Great stuff. It does kind of have a Tri-Angle vibe to it (the witch house label that "matured" imo).

I feel like many of Russia's best producers never quite get the recognition they deserve. For instance future garage fans are familiar with Volor Flex, Nocow, and Ghostek but those producers have never really been hyped as much as UK or Western European peers on sites like RA, FACT, pfork, etc.

This must be really good, if even you guys referring to it as witch house isn't ruining it for me.

The label doesn't do physical releases as far as I can see?

^ Is she really into "Tetra 94" or what?

Anyway, got this yesterday and been listening to it for most of today. It's 40 minutes long, so only 15 minutes longer than the preview, but whatever, it works well as an album. Good stuff.
