OK, Warp definitely needs money...

Never really heard anything by Sweet Exorcist, is this any great ? I'm pretty curious and the comp might be a good point to jump in...

But the artwork is meh.

this may be an unnecessary bump but i ran across a link to listen to the songs:

probably won't stay for too long either once properly released...

Erm. Sweet Exorcist with Testone, CCCD and Clonk are definitely part of the holy trinity for us WARP veterans. Hey, CCCD is WARPCD1...

I have all stuff on CD/12", but btw I bought it, because I wanted to have the Test[x] and both Clonk on high Quality.

I loved Testthree! RETRO alarm!

Guys around 40 yrs will now have wet eyes

Testone-Testsix: With just such a few keys and a minimal idea the guys created fascinating and dark music. It's always interesting how simple ideas need to be in order to work!

TESTONE

TESTTWO

TESTTHREE

TESTFOUR

TESTFIVE

TESTSIX

coincidentally I've known the classic sweet exorcist tracks for a few years now (love them), definitely the ones of WARP001.

sadly this compilation feels very empty. this is a throw together of all the warp tracks with different mixes.. not a lot of thought in it at all. they should've at least had some remixes done by other people maybe. although i enjoy listening to these oldschool tracks this could've been done better.

still worth checking out though if you never listened to these!

Least I can say there wasn't more output by Sweet Exorcist which WARP could release. OMG, had a listen to "Spirit guide to low tech" again (on Touch label) - this is plain average crap. No Sweet Exorcist inside at all. Pop music. They really insulted me with that record.

Well there's just one track on youtube, but you get the idea. That's not SE as we were used to...
