When we gently roll into 2013 can we close this thread and as a species stop fucking banging on about world ending scenarios. We're past the Mayan bullshit that apparently every civilization agreed is the end of the world, maybe we can then admit we just don't have a clue, concentrate on looking after ourselves more and stop worrying about nothing.

Today, I told my class that on Friday they should kiss their ass goodbye. And also kiss their neighbor's ass goodbye.

I was dating a girl a couple years ago that wanted to break it off because I wasn't kooky enough. She said that she actually believes the world will end in 2012. I told her that the world should end for people that believe that.
