Also, the Ratchet and Clank soundtrack is one of my all-time favorites. I really liked how each level would be made up of 3 or so songs that were all variations of one-another.

yes!! i always loved the ratchet and clank soundtrack.

the.. groovy? vibes from the original game are kind of missing in the later games.

I haven't noticed game soundtracks since like the playstation. But within that I love some of the strange timbres that have arisen because of necessity/dodgy audio quality. Also listening to that Pictionary soundtrack, all sorts of weird arrpeggios. Like you beat the level/bonus stage. We hereby reward you with bizarre sounds

Faxanadu for the NES had a lot of great songs. I'm not sure if my favorite one is in this video though.

Dustforce soundtrack came out last month. Chill soundtrack for an amazing game.
