I started watching (finally) The Wire this weekend. 3 episodes in and I already feel lost in that world. It's steered me back towards listening to some goon/90's boom bap too which is a good thing.

Ah trailer park boys, bangin. Literally just rewatched season 9 for the first time on a comedown on sunday, thats how shit i am at deciphering acronyms.

watched the whole of s10 yesterday without even intending to. tpb is a stone cold CLASSIC imo.

Watching The Night Manager (just about to start episode 5). Very good indeed.

This is the one with Hugh Laurie correct? It's gonna air on AMC in the states in mid-april. It looks kinda boring, not the case beerwolf?

Thanks user487363530. And user4873635301. Now 48736353001.

The Path - not good. They are trying very hard not to call it Scientology, but it's Scientology. With boring dialogue, and lots of leering.

Shit, I was hoping that would be good. I fuck with anything cult related.

Stewart Lee's Comedy Vehicle. I don't know if he's tired of his own popularity and misses being the underdog but the latest series is a rehashing of his old material with poorer jokes. Is this a kind of sabotage, or is he just old and fat?

"They're about guns, lasers, robots with laser guns in space. Monsters from the future. Explosions. Sylvester Stallone doing a backflip on top of a spike while Robocop carries a ghost up a mountain. Bombs and swords and that... IDM is awesome."

I can't believe the quality they maintain on People vs OJ Simpson, it's amazing. Probly the best courtroom drama I've ever seen, and I usually can't stand lawyer shows.

Deadwood. I don't like to say too much about a show until I've finished but after watching season two I'm pretty sure it's genius. Line by line it's a marvel...I've never been so impressed by a show. The whole thing, every aspect, is just stunning. Swearengen's monologues hit hard.

yep deadwood is a classic

Absolutely! I've always been listing it in "what's your favorite series" threads and was pretty much alone in that. Definitely in my top 3. Such a shame it got cancelled.

^ an HBO movie is in the works.

Apparently there might be two but it hasn't been confirmed.

I've been watching Vikings. Surprisingly enjoyable even if I'm sure the historical accuracy is probably quite low.

Stoked to watch OA II. The movement thing never bothered me, anyone familiar with Druidic studies will recognize the importance of movement to get to higher planes.
