What TV series are you watching at moment?

The girlfriend is binging on Vampire Diaries and it's actually giving me ennui. It's so boring. It's just characters looking at each other explaining the plot 90% of the time.

Mr. Robot is streaming for free right now so I'm thinking of checking it out. Anyone here seen it?

The first series was cracking, really worth a watch. Didn't think the second lived up to the first as well but worth watching too. Haven't seen any of the third yet. 

Yeah the first series is pretty true to life. 

third is the best so far, imo.

It’s less indulgent on the psyche of the Elliot man, just actual stuff happens based on the things that were set up in the other seasons..

I got nuttin but love for Mr Robot. Best show on TV right now. 1 and 3 are marginally better than season 2 but it’s all damn good.

I watched the shit out of s1. haven't gotten on to the other two, don't know if I want to. it kind of wrapped up well enough.

Sarah Silverman's new show is interesting, she's trying to deconstruct the stereotypical liberal West Coast pot smoking SJW, but it's painful to see her try to communicate with people that are just too set in their ways. Zooming in on a flaccid penis repeatedly was funny, trying to push boundaries I guess.

There was a period a couple of years ago when Silverman was trying to make it big over here, she was literally on every television show. Thank god that's over.

I absolutely couldn't stand her comedy.

Best thing about watching old Star Trek is seeing loads of actors you recognise in one-off roles (usually as shit aliens).

Also the stablisation in that clip is nauseating.

Mr. Robot - ep3.6

Pretty tense episode with all the players coming to terms with being pawns. Sad demise for 2 characters. Nasty business. I was pretty leary with season 3, but the past few episodes have been pretty damn good. Props to the Knight Rider open & big props to dropping in some Gang Starr. Much love.

Voyager on the whole is kind of nauseating but once you get past the idea that you’re watching the Star Trek version of spray cheese it’s enjoyable

The Americans season 5 is on Amazon now, great show.

Third season of Mr. Robot is ace. The second season was a bit of a dip after such a strong first season, but glad it's back being one of the better shows right now.

Watched the Punisher series and enjoyed it. Haven't seen any other 'flix Marvel shows, so dunno how it compares.

Recently bingewatched Legion again. Best Marvel based series.

I'm honestly kind of baffled at the praise here for Mr. Robot. It's entertaining and it certainly gets points for technical accuracy but I don't think it's really great TV. The split personality shtick is really tired by now too. I give it a C+/B-.
