Hannibal season 3 pushed back for late/spring or early/summer airing. Looks like they are filming mostly in Toronto & shooting exteriors in Italy.

Bummed about the late airing. Was looking forward to having something to watch this winter.

Thanks user487363530. And user4873635301. Now 48736353001.

binged breaking bad and the office (uk) on netflix

found these on the web:

comedians in cars getting coffee - seinfeld's new show, a lot of good guests so far

last week tonight with john oliver - just excerpts on their youtube channel there, but they're mostly lengthy ones, and there are a lot. pretty great, better than i would've guessed based on oliver's stuff on the daily show

do americans just flat out refuse to listen to any accent apart from their own? why remake literally everything?

yeah well, do you have any better ideas?

Well, the last Batman was a Brit, the current Superman is a Brit, Wonder Woman is Israeli, the world has raped American heroes LOL.

Caught up to the current episodes of Akame Ga Kill! season1. Pretty brutal show. It's not very gory, but definitely seems to pull at your heartstrings. Funny and a little perverted.

I don't think they actually count as "people" if they watch The Big Bang Theory, though.

It's called a sense of humor. Look into it.

wow Jonathan Nolan is bring the Foundation Trilogy to HBO. If anyone can do it justice, this might be the place if they do a Game of Thrones approach.

I have been dreaming of a GoT-type show but in space. Who knows if this one could be it.

If you don't have an aversion to anime (it's not typical anime anyway), you should watch Legend of the Galactic Heroes. It was GoT in space before GoT and much better too.

Shit, I feel old now that you said you used to watch HIMYM when you were 15. When I was 15, Friends were the equivalent.

yeah my childhood shit was 30 rock from the sun, friends, simpsons + fresh prince of bel air at 6 every day etc. also robot wars. robot wars every day.

yeah. himym i would watch when i was 15 or so but there are many more high octane and creative laughs to be had elsewhere, right?

Yeah sitcoms are nowhere near anything I would describe as "creative", nor "funny". It's quite an antithesis to "creative laughs" really, more like "déjà-vu sighs".

Thanks for the recommendation, but I do have an aversion to anime, although I did manage to watch the whole Cowboy bebop thing some years ago and liked it, but dunno how I would if I watched it again. That said from the little I've checked on anime/manga they seem to cover some awesome sci-fi settings and themes, that usually tickles me fancy. It just the style I can't handle.
