On another note, a member of The Streets, can't remember which one, happened to be the BBC studios in London one day and I was in there with my friend, who's an electrician and was working there. We were in the lift going up when it stopped and he entered the lift with me and my mate, my friend said hello to him and he looked at him and spat on the floor. So maybe the streets are massive dicks too, one of them definetly is.

My mate didn't punch him, he just laughed at him and called him a stuck up prick to which he didn't reply. Also, the same friend was with me when we were walking into a harvester eatery at a motorway service station when the Gallaghers were walking out and Liam shoulder barged my mate and said "look where you're fucking going, cunt", and my mate punched him, He didn't quite knock him clean out but he was too dazed to stand up, and his brother stood there laughing.

well they were a hype/hyped up about 10 years ago. but not really now, as in 'anymore'.

edit: he did a bit of an oasis, but on a much lesser/smaller scale. in that the first album was alright/even quite good in places, at the time. hyped up. but then everything after that was mostly shite; trying to live up to the hype and better the first stuff. never happened. just got increasingly worse.. like an old purse found in a hearse.

In other artist's defense Aphex has a very particular taste and doesn't tend to give a lot of compliments in the public arena. I could see why a lot of them are hurt/offended by his lack of praise and indifference. I understand though. It is an awkward moment when people ask you what music you listen to and you can't answer their question because they won't understand the answer.
