What Video Games Are You Currently Playing

Weird, I live out in the woods too and have slower internet as well. I'm gonna take the same approach - pretty much let it download 24/7 the moment pre-loading is enabled.

Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.

Really good game. Having lot's o'fun. Currently playing it on "hard", later expert. Hooray!

I fucking loved that one. It also introduced me to Amon Tobin.

Serious Sam 3 is ridiculously fun.

I've just stumbled upon what I thought was a casual Fallout 4 gif when text appeared on it giving me the big plot twist. Why do I fall for this shit every time... Oh well, even if that's true, I won't really be playing this game for the plot anyways. I'm so tired of these Internet people scum though...

i accidentally read a huge mgsv spoiler in the comments of a completely innocuous story near release time. i was suuuuuuper pissed. turned out that the spoiler wasn't true. so... good luck!

Playing Diablo 3 again, because I love clicking on things and loot.

bunch of friends picked up fallout 4 today. i think im gonna wait 2 weeks while they iron out any initial bugs and shit for the pc, ive been playing dying light instead. its pretty fun, and i never really get fed up of battering zombies heads in with pipes.

started the steam release of ffvii. will probably quit it when my copy of ffx for ps4 arrives in a couple of days

I can't do the whole thing in one sitting, that's for sure. We're splitting it up into 3 different weekends, 2 movies per weekend. Most of my friends are all too old for stuff like that anymore too, including me. The last time I tried a marathon all in one go was with the Back to the Future movies and we were all tired, cranky and delirious by the end, making jokes that made little sense, and that's only 3 regular length movies. No way we're doing 6 movies in a row, even if it is Star Wars.

yeah, ive done the original trilogy before 2 times. once including the holiday special after ROTJ. hahaha, that one was ROUGH.

never bothered marathoning star wars +including prequels... i do plan on watching the Despecialised editions of the original films before 7 tho, no doubt.:)

You can play online... I actually find the online (in a Nintendo game, gasp!) really solid, and surprised at how many people are still actively playing it.

You can play online... I actually find the online (in a Nintendo game, gasp!) really solid, and surprised at how many people are still actively playing it.

 

I'm well aware you can play online and have done so at my buddies place with people from all over the world with surprisingly low latency, strong connection, and quick wait times due to abundance of players. My problem is I don't have a Wii U or any Nintendo console right now. So I have to go to my buddy, who does have a Wii U. If I wasn't saving my pennies right now, I'd buy one for myself today. But I have something far more important to save up for.

Just finished 'The Longest Journey'

Very good - some weak acting here and there and a couple of areas

could have been fleshed out more convincingly, also the rendering is out of date but that's totally forgivable - they did a great job with what was available at the time I think, and some of the settings are quite beautifully done

But overall I loved it, some wicked concepts and lots of colourful interesting characters. Gonna play 'Dreamfall' next as they were bundled together on Steam

(it was recommended to me by someone on WATMM btw)

Wait until after E3 next year...as soon as any concrete info about the NX console drops, the Wii U will probably see a price cut to 150.00

That would be awesome! That's around the time where I'll be able to buy it anyways, so win/win.

New Nintendo Direct is on. Twilight Princess HD is in March. Also Cloud is coming to Smash Bros... Didn't see that one coming!
