Through some simple wikipedia browsing I found that 36 is a triangular number (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Triangular_number). So I arranged the numbers that we have with the unknown's at the top of the triangle and went from there.

A lot easier to see patterns this way, I think. And the triangle theme would fit into the New Clear Dawn idea. Notice the triangles repeated throughout the picture (http://newcleardawn.com/images/ncd3.jpg).

Also, the 36th triangular number is 666. Haha...

Given that numbers stations are most commonly associated with Cold War era spy work, I think the the new clear dawn theme is definitely still a possibility.

And if they're going back that far, could red moon clues also be relevant? Isn't everything on the table right now (bohemian grove owl, NCD corporate fnord webpage)? Maybe they've been slowly sending out transmissions this entire time.

After TCH didn't they say wanted to release another album right away? 8 years later, it's finally ready.

If it's a 2x cd album as rumored then it's the same amount of material as if they had released 2 albums 4 years apart since TCH, which isn't so bad.

I think it`s possible that Joyrex was pointing towards this (west, weight (sarcophagus), radio silence= radio active?, explosion in video) but I have no idea how it all comes together...And I`m speculating like crazy.

Oh, I know that feeling. When the whole Redmoon thing went down in - what was it, 2005? - I gave all my office-mates constant updates on every development. Believe it or not, I actually convinced two of them (who had originally been non-fans) to buy plane tickets to Scotland with me! But at the last moment we chickened out or something came up, can't even remember. So glad we didn't go, given that nothing happened.

Edit: I think I remember, it was simply that the no-one could crack the coordinates convincingly. We all thought it was one place...then another...but it didn't come together, and there were no further clues from BoC, so we reluctantly backed down.
