Official Reach for the Dead video now online

yeah they seem to be forcefully going for the digital decay sound rather than the analogue sound. Maybe they feel the analogue approach has "been done to death", and are trying to push themselves in a new direction. Dunno, but I don't like the jarring elements they are adding (the bitcrushed drums at the end). It breaks a bit of the immersion, for me.

This is one of the greatest things i've seen or heard.

So do I. It got me so excited for the album... It sounded like classic BoC (Geogaddi-like), but really fresh too. Very dark and decayed, beautifully mysterious. Reach for the Dead is more TCH to me, and more typical boards.

The splitting suns reminded me of the "double split experiment" shown in this documentary at 17:50.

I've resisted speculating so far because I like to think I'm above it, but I've since realised I'm as sad as everyone else on here - so I think it's do with crossing over into a new dimension or something. That big rectangle signifies a doorway or portal. As for the three suns, maybe they've recruited another band member?

Or they got a child. This could also explain redmoon (birth announced) and the release delay

I love love love the video - except for the roses. They feel out of place to me. :)
