In all seriousness, I don't think you have to be making music to use this site. I post in GB reasonably frequently and I use the Music Discussion and New & Upcoming Releases section quite a lot. I love music more than words can quantify and I've found a number of artists through here that I otherwise wouldn't have, or at least wouldn't have found for a while.

I'm sure there are a few people on this site who use GB pretty much exclusively and do so mostly for the discussion and/or lulz, and that's cool. At the end of the day, you get from a forum what you put into it. As that wise cat Gandhi said, Charles:
