That game was intense. Both would have deserved to win, but I'm glad Germany finally got their 4th star.

Sean Ae yeah so many of these analogue forums are people 90% bragging ang 10% uploading tracks that go fdghfgdhfddhgasfgdsfdsahfdfhdsgfgds

I love how big of pussies the Argentinians were about losing. Way to not hi-five fans that are trying to reach out as you go up to get you 2nd place medals, fuck them- right?

Great game, both teams played their asses off!

I'm also really glad it didn't go to PKs. I just don't like those.

golden ball for midget is a fucking joke

Wasn't even the best player in his own team.

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who noticed that. I don't watch a ton of football, (B'SIDES 'MERICAN FOOTBAWL) but that seemed a little odd...

Yeah Messi, with his mystery illness and generally bummed-out demeanor something seemed off about him all along. For a second it was almost as if they gave him the award out of pity and he was embarrassed to accept it or something. Maybe he was just emotional but it was a strange situation. Seems like he's been around forever, but given that he's relatively young he might get another shot at the World Cup. Will the Argentineans be this lucky again though?

Anyway, this German generation deserved to win a big one sooner or later.

It was pretty neat. The game wasn't the best but decent as a finale I guess. I liked how the Germans kept being hit and bleeding all over the place, and no red or yellow cards being given out despite that fact. It must have felt even better for them when they finally nailed it. Like some ancient Roman war hero tale or something.

Given that I saw the game in a big city in Germany, the freak-out was rather tame. I expected more party in the streets but it had already cooled down by 3 a.m. for the most part. A few clever "businessmen" started doing all sorts of crazy street dancing and tricks, climbing onto each others heads, doing breakdance moves and shit, all dressed up in German flag colors. They made a few good bucks collecting money off the fans for their show since everyone was in such a good spending mood after the victory. These dancers probably didn't give a shit about the game at all, they were Africans. Well played.

This German team is still relatively young, will likely dominate at the euros and stand a good chance for the next World Cup. Consider that one of their best talents in Reus wasn't even at this competition, and other teams should be scared.

And gundogan and the bender boys.

But still need a true striker and.... Lahm. Isn't getting any younger.

You don't think Muller is a true striker? Lol are you high?

Lahm is 30, so he'll still be fine at Euro 2016. By next World Cup he'll be a little slower for sure, but I still think he can contribute like Pirlo does for Italy.

Schweinsteiger was a fuckin ragdoll that game, I didn't know one man could be injured so many times in 120 minutes and still be alive.

That was nice to see for a change.

Imagine Robben in that situation, he would have been lying down for the entire match.
