wtf this is great. digging this. a lot of aphex dj material comes across as awesome but something that i'd probably enjoy hearing live. this sounds like I can get behind while chilling the fuck out at home also. nice tune*u*

For all you smart folks ID-ing tracks, I may need to make use of your abilities in order to help out with a forthcoming project, which will be of interest to watmm folk... but I'm not at liberty to disclose what it is (yet) :fear:

My ex just told me she was at Glasto and

Aphex played a 5 hour set in the spike bar on Saturday!

She said the whole place was pumping by the end.

Does she know the setlist?

I really, really, really, really, really, hope he plays again this year!

Last time at The Temple was great! One of my highlights of the weekend (even though he played an hour early...cheeky!)

Missed the Spike set the next evening, regretfully. Guess I wasn't "in the know" :(

Same stage approx 4 hours later after sunrise at the close of Jerome Hill's set :)

58 is s950tx16wasr10 [163.97][earth portal mix] and was sooo good. Had that snare line in my head rest of the weekend.

Very fond memories and hope he's invited back/willing to go again this year.

I don't remember the set being fantastic, but that might be because I was still queueing to get in as he finished. Cheers for starting an hour early Richie :(

I actually enjoyed Skrillex more that evening.

Didn't see Skrillex so cant compare but AFX set was grand while inside! Last half hour was mint. Shame there's only a shoddy recording.

looks like it was amazing

I thought so! Spent most of time a bit to left of these clips near soundstage. Had room to boogie and skin up, sound was phat. Plus 2cb ha

Would recommend.

electronic music pioneer Richard James, aka Aphex Twin, dj'd at Holifair festival in Helford, Cornwall last summer, wonder where he might turn up this year?.
