Pretty sure they just have the wrong art up. I don't think they're going to do a different cut to fit everything on the same amount of records just for Japan. A bonus record would make more sense.

Just taking a guess: "fz pseudotimestretch" is the original track, later RDJ makes an edit to the track and adds "+e" to distinguish the files, and maybe speeds up the track/stems by 3% (half a tone), thus "+3".
