SYRO Leaks and fake leaks thread

What, why would anyone go through the effort of making this?

Anyway, if it was a real recording from that night, you would actually see things like light, people and two Aphex symbols and hear loads of people talking really loud.

Of course fake.

Just look it like this: if it's not fake, it's deleted from YT in minutes.

And I think the person who recorded that was hiding his phone/cam so it can explain why you can't see nothing.

I initially thought the same thing but listened to the track multiple times and the background chatter loops.

Firstly there is suddenly a new YouTube channel called Ekko Utrcht with only one video. Not suspicious at all... You see small red dots of light which werent there, the crowd was way louder then that, taking your phone was almost impossible (being frisked after handing your stuff in and people walking around to check), plus its not music from Syro.

if you can't hear that these are blatant fakes you need to hand in your aphex badge asap

i found a listening party audience recording of snowbombing track on the aphex reddit. you notice on one of the artworks there's a "file tracking pre leak and monitored take-downs of illegal download links" item? seems to be working

lol, its like someones idea of what Aphex twin sounds like who just heard the RDJ album for the first time and very poorly tried to evoke it

Someone should just put Steinvord and Tuss tracks up as syro leaks. Would be way more convincing to those not toally in the know. BUT people who arent that familiar with afx cant tell most of these are fakes anyway so whatev

Fakers do it for two reasons. Some use to try and get their music to the audience that they think should be listening to them but are frustrated with the lack of listens they have. This is a bad idea and usually backfires because of the nature of the "fanboy" mentality and they usually get more hate than any praise.

 

Some just do it to troll the "fanboy" mentality to see what buttons can be pushed. This works a treat and faker probably gets a giggle at the comments about the music. They do have to make sure that they don't put too much effort/their own music in as they might get a little butthurt at the ferociousness of some comments.

 

Maybe some are paid to flood the net to hide real leaks? maybe that's one for the conspiracy theorists.
