edit: I also contemplated posting about it but figured it'd just fuel the speculative fire. I have to say it is disturbing how many people are flocking to the accuser's support before the facts are even in. meanwhile Gira's wife apparently has proof it's all bullshit. who knows at this point.

Rooting for the accused based on his declaration doesn't feel more or less wrong than rooting for the accuser based on hers.

The story doesn't sound like rape to me ("technically, he raped me"), if it's true i guess she's nice for not charging him at the time - though, how could she prove it with no signs of violence and unfinished business anyway. I don't know, men get busted for less. I mean you either can prove it (even if it was consensual) or it's a weird territory there of what is defined as rape and consent, with one side having a penetrating tool.

I see it as she's playing a powerful male producer/idealistic female protege card, too schematic.

And this fucking sucks, regardless of the outcome the accused is screwed over.

I hope its not true, but I will wait for FACTMAG to fill me in with all the details as and when they become available on facebook.

Careful.. Assuming he's might be a rapist because he is aged and uglier looking now is a bit ridiculous.

Also, how the fuck does her story sound so full of details when she described herself as "too drunk to drive, too drunk to walk even". So she can't even stand up while her brain is trying not to die from poisoning and yet remembers clearly everything she told him.

As a guy who had a hot girl SEDUCE THE LIVING FUCK OUT OF ME while drunk, then wake up the next morning acting like she'd call the police, I find this all a bit weird and familiar.

what do I know... hopefully she's okay if it really happened, hopefully she eats shit if it didn't..
