I think unconscious British nationalism is disgusting. They are leaving and want to cherry-pick the best things and turn away from any responsibilities. Even if on short term it will be a bad thing for EU I really hope they will make really harsh economical treaties so on long term other nations will be discouraged to leave. Then EU must be less an economical group but also a solidary group and help the weaker nations get stronger. EU is by far the most powerful democratic force in the world and we need that in times when autocratic China is colonising Africa. There needs to be balance on the planet and nationalism is not going to bring that
