AFX at Primavera 2017

the new unreleased bit (i assume it is) fits pretty well with the houston track, although it's a bit different. It sounds way more like eerie experimental aphex, if there was an album with this kind of music it would be amazing. definitely one you need to listen to more often to really get into it. excited what he has in stock for us in the future!

nice!! i think it ends at about 5:36 and begins right at the start (maybe combined with a bit of noise).

i love the setup at primavera. roaming around over bridges, under big solar panels, onto the beach, back into an auditorium for throbbing gristle, then to a park for some shoegaze and back to the main rig for a night of acid.

one of my best memories as watching explosions in the sky on pills on the stairs by the beach. was mega lush. then walk back into town with throngs of other music folk

it did used to be more 'under ground' however, and now it's all heineken and sold out tickets. it didn't change much imho but i prefer a stage to be called Vice or ATP than RayBan

seems i am over it for completely separate reasons nowadays tho, time to retire - i often have a better time at home listening to my speakers!

Jeez, this person might have repetitive negativity syndrome or something. Hard to not feel bad for someone who can't let go and enjoy an Aphex Twin show. It's a shame someone like me couldn't have gone in his place because i'm sure i would have had an amazing time there. I'm glad you did, i feel the same way about my experience at Day for Night.

Lotta good moments at DFN, think a perfect one for me was when Brace Yourself Jason dropped. With the rain and the lasers and that sound system just so good.

There was a link somewhere to a video of a second new Aphex track from the Barcelona gig, but I'm having a hard time finding it.  Anyone have it handy?
