havent played this game for months

but seeing pics and vids of it again i am compelled to go on it, find them massive trucks, and proceed to go on a rampage destroying every police car in my path

Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony hits the Xbox 360 as a download on Oct. 29, Rockstar announced today.

The latest chunk of episodic content will also arrive on a disc along with previous DLC episode The Lost and Damned as Grand Theft Auto: Episodes From Liberty City. Episodes is also set for an Oct. 29 release date, though no price has yet been announced.

Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony as the game's second downloadable episode will focus on the glitzy "high-end night life" of Liberty City. The second Xbox 360 exclusive episode will put players in the role of Luis Lopez, confirming previous rumors, as his part-time hoodlum duties are supplemented by full-time work for nightclub impresario Tony "Gay Tony" Prince.

According to the official announcement, "players will struggle with the competing loyalties of family and friends, and with the uncertainty about who is real and who is fake in a world in which everyone has a price."

Grand Theft Auto: The Ballad of Gay Tony is slated to release on Xbox Live this Fall for $19.99 USD or 1600 Microsoft Points.

Definitely getting the two bundled then.

hows it work? I keep on trying pirated versions just to see if it would work on my computer but it was always saturated with glitches, lag, and crashes to the point where i couldnt even play 5 minutes into the first level even after upgrading my ram and video card.

even after upgrading your hardware did you get it to be playable? ive been fighting with it for the past week or two, just bought a copy.

are they gonna release DLC for pc at all? by the looks of this PC port, they are really screwing over PC users..

me and my roomate have been going on murder sprees for the last 2 weeks since we discovered we had this game and an xbo360. haven't done much actual playing, but i will one day.

i like to play a mission, then mess about for 2 hours then do another mission. repeat. the missions are mostly pretty boring and repetitive but being psychopath is fun. now how do i find that swingset?

me and roman just got a sweet new penthouse pad. and whenever given a choice i always execute someone. except that guy on the roof, i let him go to see what happened. never again.

any hints on finding pigeons?

no downloaded extras for the PS3 yet? what is going on?

does anybody remember which GTA game it was that had the most freedom/spontaneity when going out of control or 'off the grid' so to speak. what i mean is when you get bored doing missions and you just want to become a rampaging serial killer (this is 50% of my time spent on GTA games) . If i can remember correctly it was #3 that was the most developed in this area, but im not sure if im remembering correctly. Whichever the last game was where the military comes after you with tanks upon getting full stars. The reason i ask is because i've heard the PC version of it has been cracked to the point of having a shit load of new codes like invincibility mode and infinite ammo. I would very much love to play a debug mode or 'lucid dreaming' mode in GTA where one can fly spawn any object, etc

Use a map. It's a lot of work to find those pigeons, I've never done it.

The stunt-jumps are pretty hard to complete too.

On the consoles, you can spawn vehicles, weapons, health and armor by dialing certain numbers on your phone and San Andreas let you fly with a jet-pack. There's at least a parachute in the latest episode (hopefully not constrained to a mission), which might be somewhere equivalent, certainly if you can base-jump after crashing your police-helicopter onto a rooftop.

I do get a little frustrated with the new 5-star thing. You have to do a lot of damage, and to the police, to really get up there and surviving is almost impossible without cheating somewhere. The helicopters are the safest bet if you want to survive, but then there's no way of out-running the cops until you land.

There's a station apparently replacing "The Journey" from GTA IV for Episodes of Liberty City called "Self- Actualization FM" and it has "A Huge Ever Growing Pulsating Brain that Rules From the Centre of The Ultraworld (Live Mix Mk. 10)" by the Orb and "Bike" by Autechre. Nice.
