Really? Not sure if you're serious over the internet, hard to tell. Not many folks like cooked animal organs truth be told. 

My favorite offal dish is stuffed lambs hearts with roast potatoes and runner beans. I'll post up a picture next time I cook it.

I was serious, liver is good. Heart is okay, but not for more than a few bites (imo, obv). This liver was from some small town fried chicken place, even better than I expected. Not that I eat it often, but it was easily some of the best liver I've ever had.

I usually have lambs liver (with bacon) though some people say calves liver is better
