Video Games What video games are you currently playing?

I bought Lumines Supernova last night. For $10, it's hard to go wrong.. but I was hoping there'd be some new gameplay mechanic over the original PSP game.

Ratchet and Clank: Crack in Time (working thru this one, brilliant game)

Borderlands (This shit is pure sex for people who quit MMO's or like to grind/hunt loot)

Uncharted 2 (Been mostly playing this online, but once I"m done with Ratchet I'll probably tackle this one next)

Brutal Legend (Took a stab at this game and got decimated in some war vs a bunch of emo kids, kinda funny, will work on this after Uncharted)

Dragon Age Origins (I started a character and maybe built him wrong because me and my whole group got devoured by warewolves, I was thinking about tackling this one more during the week off during christmas break... 60 fckin hours, that will be more then a full time job week to complete that)

I spent 2 months in Boston so when I came back every game in the universe had already come out or was coming out in a few weeks, I'm in video game bliss atm. Modern Warefare 2 or God Of War Collection is going to be my next purchase.

YES! One of my favourite games... just wish they'd add online multiplayer like the Xbox Live version has...

on my iphone i've been playing a lot of super monkey ball, which is addicting yet so frustrating and sadistic

also i found a game that's a clone of chu chu rocket called run run sheep, which is only a dollar and is great to play on the subway or somewhere. i'm currently on level 75

new super mario wii.

jumped straight into 2 player with my bro and had heaps of fun. now playing it as a 1 player and it's coming off as a really really solid platformer mario game :D

almost beat hte main game of fallout 3....but i dont feel fucking kickass awesome yet...and its getting way too easy to kill shit.

sometimes I play Tony Hawks Pro Skater 4 Demo, Guilty Gear X, XGames Pro Boarder Demo and Wipeout 2.

I finished Sam and Max:First Season and Monkey´s Island 1

it is Soul Nomad & The World Eaters for me at the moment, nippon ichi's latest SRPG and i'm more perhaps even more proud than ashamed to say that I now own all of their SRPGs..

also when i'm ensconced in the train during morning commute i sometimes break out HALF MINUTE HERO on the psp

it's a ridiculous mutant breed of zelda II, a high dose of strong amphetamines, time trial shoot 'm ups, exaggerated sprite simplicity, and Earthbound

wonderfully satiric and tongue in cheek at times also.

Zelda N64 games Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. Plus the occasional bout of MarioKart 64 and Goldeneye.

Oh and World of Warcraft when I'm in THAT mood...

(PC) dragon age origins and mixing in spore or sims 3 when my daughter wants some attention

(PS2) FFX2 because i never completed it the first pass and I'm a shameless completist who's also a fanboy

(PS2) Persona 3 which has an interesting story and characters but the gameplay gets old fast

(PSP) Crisis Core which is absolutely terrible and I won't finish it

(PS3) SF4 which I've been playing a lot lately because i need to kick the shit out of something

I just finished The Ballad of Gay Tony last night. Hilarious. Now I'm off to play Batman: Arkham Asylum

Dragon Age. I'm trying to play a sneaky rogue character and it doesn't really work with this game, so far at least. Actually I could probably sneak about if I figured out how to ditch my party members. No, fuck, I'm kicked out of sneak mode by scripted events. Ah shit.

Also, I'm this close to reinstalling Deus Ex. This close.

Soldier of Fortune II : Double Helix, (PC) .. a damn fine, extremely detailed and lengthy game that was somewhat overlooked.

Dragon Age.

What a complete LOTR rip-off. I can't believe you can't get sued for this (maybe they are I dunno). Anyway, I think the graphics are shit though I have them on top notch. The story-line is ridiculous--I named my character Frudu to keep with the obvious themes.

The game however is not so bad overall. The voice acting is pretty good, the detail is pretty good too. Pretty fun. No oblivion though. Actually I liked NWN better too. Worth is maybe when the $$ comes down.

it's like what neverwinter nights 2 should have been.

I was so disappointed with neverwinter nights 2, mostly because of the music I think. they didn't pick Jeremy Soule as the composer.

still need to check out dragon age! good to hear most reviewers and some people over here are liking it :)
