Ah he did to! just watched it. That's cool. Actually the new patch browsing system looks awesome. The version I worked on didn't have anything like that. Can't wait for this. I wonder if I can blag a free copy for my efforts? :D Maybe I should have submitted more than one bank. When I submitted the bank I was expecting ImpOSCar 2 to come out quite soon after. I got that a bit wrong. I would have had time to do a good few more banks. Oh well, I'm sure I'll get on it when i get a copy. It's a great synth to program. Sounds bloody awesome as well. The Unison mode is going to blow people away. Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/52302-namm-2010/page/7/#findComment-1216590 Share on other sites

That's all they had. Other than the fact that they are now "Avid" which includes m-audio and a few other companies. So *digidesign* is pretty much done releasing stuff. Everything is under the avid brand now,and I guess they are in transition and not releasing anything *new* yet. edit: here's a thread with some discussion --> http://www.gearslutz.com/board/moan-zone/457264-does-digi-avid-even-have-booth-namm.html Edited January 19, 2010 by Brandi_B Thanks Haha Confused Sad Facepalm Burger Farnsworth Big Brain Like × Quote Link to comment https://forum.watmm.com/topic/52302-namm-2010/page/7/#findComment-1216837 Share on other sites

Guest maus
had a few more pictures from my return to namm on saturday. had my 5DII and vintage pentax lens so they're a bit more fancy than the iphone photos from before, but whatevz: doepfer dark energy. this thing is fun, and sounds sweet, but $680? really? when the DSI tetra's just a hundred more? here's the mungo... seems big, overpriced and unnecessary to me, but it looks ok: here's the 2box drumits... been hearing about these for a couple of years, finally got to try them. they're not bad - the VDrums are still a bit more stable... these drumit 5s are lightweight and small, but the whole kit is a bit bouncy. whereas the VDrums heads are a little too springy for most, the drumit 5s have replaceable heads (regular, mesh, rubber) - perhaps with that they could be tuned to feel a bit better - they were quite playable though. figured i'd get a shot of this, considering the JEM discussion in the "gear lust" thread. good old universe with the swirly paint job. i would have killed for this when i was 12. actually saw steve vai at the carvin booth too. decent shot of the mopho KB... and finally, the OP-1 everyone's been talking about. not that we haven't seen it enough already: good stuff.
