Breaking Bad Season 3

I cant even imagine how they would write up the progression to Walt taking over Gus' enterprise, if they do I will be like wowzers

i think they've made Hank so pathetic and such a fringe character that he's either gonna top himself soon

OR

the next series will focus heavily on his rehab (and renewed obsession with Heisenberg) - possibly with another major character dying to make room for a final Walt / Hank showdown arc

i know there's a lot of fans of jesse's character, people who feel for him.

they can't just rid of his character could they? god damn, that would be ballsy.

yeah hank seems like he's getting stale.. probably a big wow coming soon, or next season.

man fucking great episode... I am actually really enjoying season three so far... the pacing looking back is pretty great, the fly episode was such a great "break" from the previous chaos, showing us a more day to day interaction like we have seen in past seasons. some may find the faster paced episodes more "traditional" but I see it as a logical progression of the plot. things are naturally getting more out of control as Walt and Jesse get more involved

I didn't really see "fly" as coming out of left field at all. each season has had one of those "locked in a room" episodes. four days out, and the one with crazy 8 in the basement.

so I noticed someone mentioned that the finale is extended, but I looked it up and it's extended by 47 minutes. shit is pretty close to being 2 episodes. that should be interesting.

Watched the latest episode today... wow!! The ending was very good. So excited about the season finale.

just found out the finale isn't actually extended, the extra time is for a sneak preview airing of the first episode of Rubicon.

Yeah just watched this again, from pointing the gun directly at gale's head, he then moves it perhaps 6/8 inches to the right... (???)

nope, just the camera moves so it looks like he shoots us (!) in the face

yeh I definitely can understand how it would look like he aims the gun to his right and shoots next to his head but I'm 99% positive it IS just the camera moving in so it looks like he shoots the camera/the audience/his innocence straight into the 3rd eye. I wouldn't completely put it passed possibility that he didn't actually shoot him. I definitely think he did though.

Yeh I feel that, but also I don't think that camera/trick was justified to end a series with.

Yes! I never realised what a cool character is until this episode. Also, he looks a bit like The Yellow Bastard from Sin City

what a cliffhanger. the fixer is just a great character, glad to see some more of him this episode. is season 4 going to be the last season? i remember reading that vince gilligan has said that there's been a story arc from the start and he hates series that go on too long.

I believe season 4 was confirmed by someone, but i don't remember who.

If I had to guess, 5 seasons total
